These responsibilities include generating and updating webstore content (such as; products, content, promotions).Will plan, define and implement webstore changes and functional improvements along with monitoring key performance indicators on the webstore and develop plans to improve them.Upload/ Update images of landing pages and contentManual stock updates. Merchandising enhancements, i.e. moving out of stock to the bottom of the pages. Keeping webstore update and consistentResize and update pictures throughout the webstore i.e. Category pages, sizing charts, home page visuals, and banners.Create/suggest new landing pages layoutMaintain consistency throughout the webstoreReply customer enquiries promptly on social media platforms and digital platforms with prepared FAQ provided.Assist to develop, and implement sales campaign, and maintain the sales momentum on online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and others.Assist team lead in implementing any campaigns which includes FB postings, online platform feeds to generate more awareness and online revenue/increase conversion.Liaising with management/marketing to ensure post feed, FB post, banner posts needed by different stakeholders are readily prepared.Analyze customers feedback and try to improve customers experience**Requirements**:1. Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Designing2. Good communication skill3. Excellent skill in Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing and software required for posting ad in Facebook and Instagram4. Creative5.
