About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor , you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and daily supervision of electrical systems in the foundry, ensuring the proper commissioning and installation of equipment.
You will also oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of the foundry's electrical systems. You will coordinate with other departments to maintain equipment, optimize labor planning, and ensure the availability of materials and spare parts.
Your responsibilities will include identifying hazards, managing emergencies, and preparing ISO documentation, always ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability requirements.
Key Criteria
- University or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience in electrical maintenance in foundries. (Preferably more than 3 years of experience in foundries)
- Experience in commissioning and installation of foundry equipment (melting furnaces, sand reclamation equipment, shakeouts, manipulators, cranes, and pneumatic systems).
- Knowledge of electromechanical drawings, design, and assembly.
- Familiarity with electrical, water, and sand lines.
- Desirable experience in renewable energy.
- Intermediate English level (Advanced level preferred).
