We are looking to expand our footprint within Latin America from our base in Lima, Peru with potential opportunities throughout both Central and South America including Mexico and Colombia.We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Contract Administrator with a background in large Civil Engineering Projects to support our business in delivering large infrastructure projects.You'll Be Responsible For:Managing the contract of the UKDT/ANIN operational contract and addendums.Managing commercial and resource integration within the UKDT contract administration team.Coordinating mobilisation and demobilisation of resources for the programme.Supporting commercial interface between UKDT leadership team/ UKDT commercial management and the client.Providing monthly time reporting for all consultants/ contractors and any additional expenses.Reviewing all resource immigration and obtaining virtual TAMs for client review.Being the main point of contact to submit all formal clause changes as per the operating contract.Supporting commercial management processes required for the management of all UKDT resources.Coordinating monthly activity reports and supporting with completion.Submitting all formal communication from the UKDT to ANIN.Reviewing and supporting work orders and coordinating CV approvals and onboarding.Managing, coordinating, and monitoring SME business trips.Managing correspondence and document control utilising the information management system ACONEX.Managing the administration team inclusive of interpretation and information technology on the programme.You'll need to have:A passion for socially valuable infrastructure projects and openness to international opportunities.A Civil Engineering Degree, a Construction-related or Commercial qualification, or a Project Management qualification.Demonstrable experience in delivering large civil projects and programmes, with the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, ideally with experience in bespoke contracts.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
