Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible to the Drilling Manager / Drilling Superintendent for all HSE.Development and co-ordination of all documentation required to obtain all necessary approvals from governmental agencies for all drilling, completion and workover activities offshore Malaysia.Review /Development of Company's SMS.Produce a Campaign HSE plan complying with Company's standards.Develop SIMOPs Documents for all Drilling activities.Develop HSE MS Bridging Documentation between Drilling Contractors' HSE Management Systems.Responsible for all internal and external HSE Reporting, and implementing reporting protocols as required.Carry out HSE impact assessments.Lead audits related to HSE during drilling campaigns.Co-ordinate and develop health, safety and environmental activities and identify HSE training needs in Company, 3rd Party and Contractors personnel.Identify key areas of impact/concern and provide remedies.Regularly monitor and audit performance of HSE systems at the wellsite.Obliged to company standards.Must have experience in handling pipe pull out from hole which has a radioactive source and able to produce procedure on handling it (TENORM).QualificationsThe proposed candidate shall have at least 10 years practical experience with an Operator, with extensive experience in the drilling sector of the Oil & Gas industry and meet the following criteria:Prior experience in a PAC environment, with particular preference to candidates familiar with the requirements of drilling activities offshore Malaysia.Have prior experience in development, appraisal and exploration drilling projects.Be self-motivated to accomplish world-class results.Have a sufficiently broad experience base to be able to exercise independent thought and decision making.Good interpersonal skills.Have a strong written and verbal command of English.Interested applicants, please email your resume to ******
