**Job Title: Search Engine Marketing - PPC - Specialist****Company Overview**:Staff Boom is an outsourcing company based out of Anaheim, California and with locations in the Philippines and Peru. At Staff Boom we specialize in customized staffing and consulting solutions for small to medium sized businesses with primary emphasis on the insurance industry including insurance retailers, wholesalers, and carriers. We provide outsourcing services in our remote facilities, these services include: Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support Services among others.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:Campaign Management:- Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve business goals.- Manage, optimize, and analyze paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.Keyword Research:- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.- Regularly update and expand keyword lists to stay ahead of industry trends and changes.Ad Copy Creation:- Craft compelling and engaging ad copies that resonate with target audiences.- A/B test ad copies to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.Performance Analysis:- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Competitor Analysis:- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.- Benchmark and compare our PPC performance against industry benchmarks.Landing Page Optimization:- Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.- Implement A/B testing on landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.**Horario**:- De Lunes a Viernes de 10am a 7pm.- Modalidad presencial.**Beneficios**:- Todos los beneficios de ley.- Beneficios corporativos.- Buen clima laboral."En esta empresa está prohibida la discriminación de acuerdo a la leyes N° 29973 y Ley N° 30709"Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con nível avanzado/bilingue de inglés?- ¿Cuantos años de experiência de trabajo tiene en PPC ?- ¿Estas de acuerdo en trabajar de manera presencial?- ¿Cual es tu expectativa salarial?
