Job DescriptionThis F2F assignment will be implemented in Tingo Maria, Peru. The goal of this assignment is to support the members of Cai Bella coop who work in cacao in diversifying their income streams through Chocolate Sampling and Tasting training workshops and events.The Volunteer will provide technical assistance and training on:How to design tasting training and sampling activities for tourists, entrepreneurs, and/or food science studentsDeveloping sensory profile knowledge and tasting skillsDeliverables:Conduct tasting/sensory profile training Guidelines for tasting trainings Guidelines for sampling activities Trip Report with Smart RecommendationsCommunity Outreach Activity upon return to the U.S.
