BRM and SAP Project Lead Production and Logistics The SAP Project Lead for Production and Logistics is responsible for close business communication understanding the requirements and needs for the business counterparts and locations within the regions to turn them into projects to run.This person is responsible for managing multiple projects from conception to completion on local and regional level. Responsibilities include planning and execution of projects to meet business requirements and project completion dates.This person will also provide continuous improvement in the modules and areas of manufacturing processes, data migration, validation and analysis, including related processes / modules of SAP and integration to 3rd party system solutions.In the role of BRM and SAP Project Lead will perform a dual role. The BRM (Business Relationship Manager) role includes the representation of all IT services to theRzeszow plant and its management team.The BRM stays in touch with the plant management to gather the upcoming business needs, coordinates the delivery of IT services and ensures the alignment of IT and business needs.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIESRepresent all IT functions in plant management meetings.Gathering business requirements and coordinating IT support teams.Executing IT Steering Committee Meetings for the plantmunication of IT information to the plant.Ensuring that all IT support services are being delivered to the plant according to SLA and business needs.Project management for certain IT projects (local projects or those involving multiple service teams).Assuring Local IT budget and IT LRP (Long Range Plan) incl.update / forecast and allocations tracking.Supporting local audit processes.Support IT contracts on any existing business systems (HW and SW) incl.maintenance contracts associated.Identify business process improvement and cost
