Feasibility Manager / Key Account Manager, Novartis, Warsaw mostly working from home, Poland110 000 associates, 142 nationalities and 45 women in management In Poland, our mission is to provide innovative methods of treatment to the widest possible group of patients in order to achieve the best therapeutic effects and improve the quality of life of patients.Your key responsibilities:As Feasibility ManagerActs as single point of contact for communication between global and local teams for all requests for study participation/feasibilityAssists in and oversees medical feasibility, as neededConducts and has full responsibility of the operational feasibility:site identification, trial feasibility evaluation.Collates a list of potential sites by utilizing internal and external data e.g. historical data, individual knowledge within local TMO and medical departments, internal and external databases.Prepares a study specific feasibility questionnaire and sends to all participating sites together with any supporting documentation, if applicable.Follows up with sites to ensure questionnaires are returned and any additional feedback is obtainedCollects site feedback and provides data to SSU M/CSM GH/CRMA/MA for alignment on final feedback for operational feasibility, e.g. CPO commitment sites/patients and timelines and potential recruitment barriersEnters country feedback into global database, if applicable e.g. into DART/e Feasibility PortalParticipates in global New Trial Feasibility Kick off MeetingsEnsures Confidentiality Agreements are sign off by InvestigatorsAs Key Account ManagerDevelops and implements Country Account Management Strategy Plan in cooperation with selected study sitesBuilds and manages long:term professional relationship between sites and NovartisCommunicatesNovartisstandards and expectationsforfuturecollaborationSupports and optimizes speed of site initiation readiness as well as achievement of committed patientnumbers in the selected sitesActs as single point of contact over all therapeutic areas at selected sites regarding all study overarching topics, to ensure successful collaboration, implementation of strategic decisions, new processes and systems.Responsibility to bundle all information regarding the assigned sites, to oversee all study activities and to survey sites strengths, areas of improvement and capacitiesSupports sites to develop their network with other departments to improve study startup, patient management and recruitmentSupports negotiation of study fees, contracts, contract templates and master templates asapplicableCommunicates knowledge regarding sites and the overarching topics to the TMO team and inform/advise relevant functions actively e.g. site selectionsOptimizes Novartis processes with the goal to simplify and speed up study start:up with focus on site set:upCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.What youll bring to the role:Essentials:Polish as a native language is a must, English:fluent written and spoken,A degree in scientific or health discipline required and advanced degree with clinical trial experience and project management, is preferable,Minimum 5 years experience in project management and understanding of all aspects of clinical drug development with particular emphasis on planning and trial execution;Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to problem solve and mediate complex issues;Understanding project budgets;Strong organizational and negotiation skills;Ability to travel as needed;Desirable requirements:Thorough understanding of the international aspects of drug development process, including expert knowledge of international standards GCP/ICH, health authorities FDA/EMEA, local/National Health Authorities regulations and Novartis stan
