About the role
Clinical education and support, primarily focused on endoscopic and clinical education services. The focus includes customer relationship management, technical support during clinical trials, training and education, problem-solving in complex scenarios involving clinical products, and ensuring successful patient outcomes through effective solution
What we are looking for in you
Required qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (life sciences, medical devices, nursing, or healthcare).
Experience: minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical or medical field, preferably assisting with procedures, and providing technical product support.
Business Knowledge: understanding of business and administration principles to track performance, identified business opportunities and optimize operational workflows.
Communication Skills: Proven ability to deliver training and communicate complex technical details clearly to healthcare professionals.
Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess issues during clinical procedures and provide effective solutions, also ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Project Management: project management skills, especially in customer education programs, experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across clinical and business units.
Preferred qualifications
Business & Administrative Skills: understanding of business administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and report generation.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related fields
Technical Expertise: background in medical devices and clinical environments, with the ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting.
Experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly in optimizing clinical outcomes and improving efficiency.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in medical device use.
Experience in multinational companies, with knowledge of their operational and multicultural dynamics.
