We are looking for a Field Service / Service Center Manager in Perú.
Reporting to the Sales and Service Operations Manager in Perú, you will be responsible for providing overall management and direction for all technical service and operations activities of Alfa Laval in Perú.
The position is responsible for leading the Field Service and Service Center Perú Team.
This role is based in Lima, Perú at our Service Center location.

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading, developing and securing a high performing Service Operations organization in line with the overall Service strategy and the Alfa Laval culture in order to : Create an excellent customer experience, Meet the Service market demands, Support Service growth opportunities
- Responsible for both Service Centres and Field Service Organizations.
- Responsible for the calculations and rate adjustments and for analyzing and correcting deviations.
- Responsible for organizing the operations team, optimizing human resources and facilities to provide quality and prompt service to all our clients in the region.
- Keep the balance between availability and utilization of the field service and service center team.
- Ensure the optimal functioning of the existing Service Center, in accordance with Alfa Laval standards and complying with all local regulations regarding work, safety, hygiene and care for the environment
- Drive service execution efficiency.
- Drive organizational and people development.
- Ensure that best practices are implemented.
Profile : Engineering Bachelor's Degree or similar (mechanical, electronic, etc), a Masters or Advanced degree, a plus
Experience : Minimum 6-8 years of experience working in operations and / or field service; 1-2 years experience in operations management / leading a team or maintenance execution area, leading technical teams.
Language : English & Spanish Proficiency is a must
