Position: Next-Gen Finance Director located in Poland.As the Next-Gen Finance Director, you will be ultimately responsible for the corporate finance function including tax optimizations, treasury, finance architecture, internal audit, structure, governance, corporate reporting, new real estate investments, forecasting, predictive enterprise risk (including analytics), corporate development, enterprise performance, investor relations, statutory filings, and digital innovations. This role is part of the senior leadership team in Poland and reports directly to the Polish President of the Board and HQ CEO.Company Overview: Our client is a Boutique Real Estate firm, part of an international holding with a well-established presence in Europe. They are looking for a seasoned, result-oriented, entrepreneurial Next-Gen Finance Director to strengthen their business operations and ensure future growth.Responsibilities:Act as a true Finance Business Partner and liaise directly with the CEO and Shareholders.Determine the strategy of the finance department in alignment with the overall business strategy.Develop and implement a modern finance structure, governance, and operating model.Assess current finance and tax processes and adjust as necessary.Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of various finance-related processes: accounting, reporting, controlling, investing, risk, etc.Develop an integrated data-driven financial dashboard on corporate and project levels.Monitor working capital closely and intervene if necessary.Ensure efficient delivery of statutory reporting.Build strong relationships within the finance team and across functional divisions.Share finance knowledge and best practices with team members and C-suite colleagues.Act as a role model emphasizing accountability and disciplined execution.Build relationships with shareholders, investors, banks, and insurance companies.Profile:Master's degree in finance, economics, or commercial engineering. ACCA or CIMA is a plus.Significant experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, FP&A at a director/managerial level, ideally in the real estate sector.Finance consulting or audit background is an added advantage.Proficient in English and Polish.Strong affinity with international investment contexts and the real estate industry.Experience in finance transformation with insight into best practices and trends.Profound knowledge of corporate tax and the ability to engage with experts.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing diverse teams.Ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders.Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure.Job Offer:Join a specialized company with a culture centered on professionalism, top-tier customer service, and ethical approach.
