About the role: As a Sales Solution Consultant - PreSales, you'll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements and recommend solutions.
Your unique expertise will help us advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests, while you advance your own career with a growing, global organization.
What you will be doing:
Support sales representatives and help the internal product organization define emerging propositions.
Respond to RFP/RFI.
Create and maintain product presentations.
Identify functionality gaps with sales representatives and prospects.
Collaborate on technical proposals with peers.
What you will need:
An understanding of card program management as well as chargeback, fraud prevention, and mobile and instant payments.
Transactional switch, ATM Sw management and an understanding of e-commerce gateway systems.
A client-focused approach along with experience supporting a sales team and partnering with senior management.
Familiarity with competitors as well as their products and services.
5+ years of pre-sales experience in payments industry or as technician related experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
