**A Snapshot of Your Day**You will be part of Siemens Energy Perú contributing to Gas Services Business Area.**How You'll Make an Impact**- Direct teams of supervisors, technicians and craft labor personnel in the installation, repair maintenance and troubleshooting of combustion turbines, steam turbines and generators at various customer sites.- Active participation in outage planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders- Coordinate and manage staffing of project team at customer sites.- Provide combustion turbine and steam turbine knowledge and expertise to division management, customer management, product line management and suppliers.- Review and execute customer contract requirements.- Prepare and issue detailed reports regarding scope executed, the condition, repairs performed and recommendations for customer equipment.- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).**What You Bring***- University Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or similar (Bachelor's degree). Also Technical degree (Mantenimiento, mecanico,- Technical Knowledge on combustion turbine, steam turbines, electrical generators and associated auxiliary systems.- Fluent English writing/speaking for communication.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of time (sometimes required to travel on short notice).- Self-motivated with strong customer focus.- Experience reading, interpreting, and following technical drawings, P&IDs, schematics, and written work instructions/procedures is required.- Strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens Energy values- Ability to work in team and individual environment.
