This role will be a member of the Customer Success team and will be responsible for implementing and managing clients in an OpenLoop service line care vertical. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.Stakeholder Management: Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.Budget Oversight: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints.Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are thoroughly evaluated and documented.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field required.3+ years of proven experience as a technical Program Manager or in a similar role.4+ years of experience in systems, product, or program configuration or similar role required.3+ years of experience leading end-to-end client engineering solutions projects with technical and operational teams in a start-up or healthcare environment preferred.Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in project management tools and software.Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem-solving skills.Fluency in English (C1 or C2) and excellent written and oral communication skills - you'll be working 100% in English.Available to work on a hybrid work model.In addition to competitive salaries, this role includes:Contract under a Peruvian company ID ('Planilla').
