As we scale to the next growth stage, we are seeking a passionate, self-driven Growth Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth and lead generation, with a strong focus on SEO and digital marketing strategies.About the role:As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. You'll specialize in SEO, growth tactics, and marketing automation to increase our brand visibility and conversion rates. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth environment. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and data to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.What You'll Do:Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation, SEO, and growth across multiple channels.Plan and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive qualified leads through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.Manage inbound lead qualification, using a keen eye to identify and implement strategies to increase conversion.Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, using data and analytics to measure effectiveness and make informed decisions.Optimize the company website for search engines, ensuring that content is search-friendly, technically optimized, and aligned with business goals.Establish and refine marketing processes, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve the efficiency of marketing operations.Own the technical integration and automation of our suite of marketing tools, including Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs and more.To thrive in this role, you must have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing and SEO.Expertise in SEO strategies and tactics, including keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analysis.A strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation techniques.Experience with Hubspot, marketing automations, and other technical tooling. A/B testing experience is a plus.Proven experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.The ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed marketing decisions.A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO, digital marketing, and growth trends.A self-starter mentality, with the ability to take ownership of projects from end to end and work autonomously to drive results.
