Tasks:
The bridge between onshore Product and offshore development.
Liaises with the onshore team daily to represent the product.
Conduct research to identify, document, prioritize and present the pain points of the customer experience with current processes.
Assess and analyze the customer experience and business processes using surveys, analytics, and customer-focused metrics to ensure continuous improvement and data-driven optimization.
Work with Product Manager and Sr Product Manager to plan and implement the business functionality and capability within the overall product offering.
Draft epics and user stories; prioritize the backlog; participate in agile ceremonies to ensure your team and other teams can successfully complete their sprints.
Must have high level technical knowledge to collaborate with the development team.
Must have prior experience with Mobile/Web software applications.
Collaborate with Project Manager, Development team, QA, UI/UX, Business teams to plan quarterly goals, product roadmaps, delivery timelines and formulate a release plan.
Prioritize and manage items in the backlog and maintain N+1 backlog for the team.
Be accountable for product specific OKRs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
3+ years of product management experience building and launching technical products (preferably retail domain).
2+ years of experience working within cloud, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
Nice to have: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and/or SAFe PO/PM.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
Experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience in ALM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Understanding of digital user experience concepts.
Strong technical acumen related to Data Analytics and associated toolsets.
Experience creating product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams, including the ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to manage high complex projects in both agile and waterfall.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
