Contributes to value creation by supervising PJ updates, collaboration/ people management, resource/ budget update---municates closely with the head and other leaders in NS DDU and internal/ external partners and leads to make NS DDU and therapeutic area research strategy.- Accountabilities- Ensures successful projects and deliverables, from hit:Manages chemistry resources i. E. Internal/ external FTE, budget, equipment in one'Confidentialin order toensure timely achievement of departmental goals.Leads a group of scientists and develop high:Erforming teams with an inclusive and innovative culture. D.
