Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain an annual sales strategy based on market trends.
2. Develop forecasts on order intake and report on each on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
3. Qualify opportunities through a selectivity process to determine bid strategy and solution.
4. Develop market-level pricing recommendations based on competitive position and regional strategy.
5. Develop and manage departmental budgets and business plans for the Proposal and Sales Organization.
6. Promote and maintain knowledge of the entire portfolio of services.
7. Provide voice of the client needs, competitive intelligence, market drivers, and buying influences for the development of new product and service offerings.
8.
Comply with and enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring:
1. University BS Degree in Engineering preferred; Business BA degree acceptable.
2. Professional experience of 10+ years in relevant fields.
3. Technical knowledge in Generation and Oil & Gas Market preferred.
4. Advanced English proficiency at a professional working level.
5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
6. Possess and demonstrate strong soft skills.
7. Extensive commercial development experience including contract and order negotiation experience.
8. Proven sales success in the oil and gas, power generation, or energy service industry.
9. Prior regional customer knowledge and experience dealing with customer issues.
10. Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
