We are seeking a versatile HOA Community Liaison to manage our relationships with HOAs and to act as the main point of contact in anything related to HOAs, providing vital support to our business. This role is pivotal in establishing connections with the HOA contacts and communities, ensuring our full compliance with stipulated community policies, while also collaborating closely with the Move-In Specialists team in making sure our resident move-ins are smooth and seamless. Role Responsibilities - Fully own the relationships we have with HOAs. - Establish initial contact and maintain the relationship for the duration of Belong managing the home. - Ensure listing ability and accuracy by confirming rental allowances in the communities where we manage our homes. - Support the move-in process for new residents by providing details and relevant information from our HOA contacts. - Ability to understand and decipher all HOA documentation and update into our system accordingly. About You - You are people-centric: you are able to be empathetic, passionate and helpful when facing our team members and community members. - You are a strong communicator: you feel comfortable communicating verbally and in writing internally and externally. - You are a proactive problem solver: you are able to expect situations before they are being reported to you and are quick to resolve, leveraging all resources available to you. Requirements - Previous experience in account/client relationship management strongly preferred. - Previous experience in customer service/customer facing roles is nice to have. - Previous experience and knowledge of HOAs or real estate is nice to have. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with Google Suite and telephony systems (Zendesk, Intercom) preferred.
