With a market share of about 50% in Europe and 25% worldwide we are a significant player in our business. Our headquarter is based in Roskilde, moving to Måløv in 2025 and we have more than 2000 employees worldwide working with R&D, production, commercial activities, distribution and staffs functions.**About the position**You will join the Group HR function reporting to the Chief HR Officer DLF. You will be based at our headquarter, but work closely with internal customers and colleagues in Denmark and around the world.Together with your HR partner colleagues you will ensure professional HR partner support for the various parts of the business. Many of our units are going through significant organizational development and this transformation calls for activation of a broad HR tool box.The other part of your job will be to work with the rest of the global HR organization on joint initiatives such as developing HR processes, campaigns and events for employees and leaders, improving use of our global HR system and so forth. We are developing our HR function and set up along side operating it, so a lot is work in progress and based on a joint effort to get where we want to be.**About you**As a person you are outgoing, analytical, work independently and quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks.
