A Typical Day A HR Coordinator supports theoperations team with clerical duties. You'll be open to learninghow to operate new technology and comfortable using our softwareand applications too.
Responsibilities for this position include,but are not limited to : - Call, email, and / or chat with potentialcustomers or candidates - Manage web applications to grow talentpools and sales pools - Source new leads (applicants and / orcustomers) using our sourcing software - Manage customer's andcandidates' pipelines - Troubleshoot and identify issues as fast aspossible and causes of applicant's problems using a variety ofinternal tools - Serving as the point person for our officegeneralist duties including Maintenance, Mailing,
Shipping,Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Budgeting, Shopping,Logistics, and Coordinating.
- This role also requires you to beflexible and undertake duties outside of this role specificationfrom time to time, as required Qualifications - Fluency in the useof computers, mobile devices, and software applications - Fluencyin English (Advanced) - Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills - Time management skills and ability toprioritize - Critical thinker and problem-solvingskills independently overcome roadblocks - Technology savvy with aninterest in new generation technology comfortable doing things adifferent way, trouble-shooting and recommending new technology -Availability to work On-Site in Lima, Perú (Mon-Fri 9 AM- 6 PM) Weoffer - An excellent opportunity and potential to grow within acompany with a great work environment.
