Key Responsibilities: Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.Support configuration in Workday of Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time TrackingCreate new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirementsProvides statistical analysis and interpretation of report data as required.Develop and execute an end-user training plan and coordinate key roll-out activitiesServe as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issuesAssess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processesEvaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to mitigate business risk relative to these changesWork with team to fully test and QA new Workday releasesProvide production Tier 3 support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data or other systems issues.Ensure that defined application controls are maintained and followedIdentify and implement ideas for improving processes and methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can be used to improve current processesLiaise with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in the Workday tenant and supporting applicationsIndependent judgment and strong initiative combined with the ability to collaborate in a team environmentCoordinates testing to ensure that interrelated data and processes are thoroughly tested. Ensure proper testing is completed so required specifications are met with efficient, accurate and quality information.Utilises Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze and logically present data to end users at many levels of the organizationsInvestigate and resolve interface issues between third party vendors and internal systems Skills and Experience we desire Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.
