We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to join our finance department in Lima Metropolitana, Peru.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to work closely with our country and regional management teams to drive business growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Lead, guide, and manage the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.Ensure strict compliance with local rules and regulations to mitigate risks.Coach and develop the finance team's technical skills in accounting, financial reporting, internal control, tax, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with senior management as a business partner to provide financial insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.Drive forecasting and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance.Proactively manage the company's cash flow needs to maintain liquidity and stability.Requirements:At least 10-15 years of relevant finance experience.Experience within the container shipping or logistics industry is highly desirable.Proven track record working in a multinational business environment.Possess an Accounting degree or be CPA qualified.Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and procedures.Previous experience leading a team is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.Package:A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
