Implementation Specialist

Shift: 9-6 pm CT, M-F

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to join our growing organization and ensure our clients achieve their desired outcome during our product implementation. You should be familiar with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot, and have a strong understanding of Excel and Word. Top candidates will have an outstanding set of interpersonal skills with an affinity for excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients starting their journey with the platform

Own and execute the client implementation journey from start to finish

Lead client kickoff meetings and regular project status meetings to drive projects forward

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementations

Maintain accurate project documentation and update internal systems with project status and client information

Support the continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies

Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer solutions to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes

Who You Are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years of experience in client implementations, client success, client support, or a relevant role

You have experience in a SaaS environment

You have intermediate level knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Excel and Word

You are familiar with project management tools and processes

You are a self-starter, with strong time management and prioritization skills

You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
