The most important thing here is not your experience, but your curiosity and passion to learn and grow with us!RFP ANALYST:As an RFP Analyst at InEvent, you will be instrumental in creating RFP opportunities for InEvent.RESPONSIBILITIES:To prospect and find RFP opportunities for the company;Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the proposal team to ensure smooth communication and alignment;Lead and facilitate proposal strategy sessions to define objectives and align on approach;Analyze proposal requirements, proactively identify potential challenges, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;Present comprehensive proposal updates during review meetings, outlining progress and next steps;Develop and communicate a detailed responsibility matrix to clarify roles and expectations for the proposal team;Contribute standardized content from verified sources for recurring response elements, ensuring consistency and accuracy;Maintain and manage team biographies for inclusion in proposals;Format and edit proposals to enhance clarity, grammatical accuracy, and maintain a cohesive and professional tone;Establish and adhere to proposal deadlines by setting clear priorities and timelines for content development, review, and submission;Provide direct support to the Proposal Team Lead as required;Prepare and deliver regular RFP updates, including weekly progress reports and quarterly reviews for leadership;Oversee the accuracy, organization, and maintenance of shared resources, including shared drives, folders, and tools like SharePoint;Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and enhance proposal processes and templates at both local and global levels;Participate actively in internal meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with organizational objectives;Offer commercial support and assistance as needed, ensuring alignment with business goals.PRE-REQUISITES:Minimum of 2 years experience working on RFPs;Experience in the event or tech industry;Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook;Strong planning and organizational skills;Remote presentation skills, exceptional listening skills, and above-average problem-solving skills;Ability to work with a team and an ability to learn and adapt quickly;Excellent research skills;Knowledge or experience of software terminology for software sales is a plus.PERKS:Paid Time Off (PTO);Annual Summits;Global Health Insurance;Birthday Gift and Work Anniversary Gifts.CONTRACT: This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.If you think this position is for you, bring along your personal notebook (Mac or Windows) and a mobile device (iOS or Android) and come work with us!#Inspiration - To learn more about us and our values visit us here.Apply to this job
