BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL The APACCustomer Success Analyst will serve as the Digital Single Point ofContact (SPOC) for all internal employees within the APAC region.
This pivotal role involves driving (proactively) employee successand productivity, supporting employees (reactively), leadingproductivity campaigns, proactively improving work processes, andcollaborating with the global Customer Success Team to implementproductivity improvements and transformations.
MPL's vision onemployee productivity consists of two types : - BusinessProductivity : Focuses on core business applications, including ourtransport management system (LQS), as well as business supportapplications such as finance, HR, CRM, and more.
WorkplaceProductivity : Centers on workplace tools like Microsoft Teams. TheAPAC Customer Success Analyst will primarily focus on businessproductivity, with a significant emphasis on the LQS part, our corebusiness application.
However,
they will also be responsible forsupporting other business applications and enhancing workplaceproductivity. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER Role & Responsibilities -System Expertise & Documentation : - Stay on top of all (core)business applications and the digital workplace of MPL.
- Ensuredata quality of our (core) business applications. - Measure thelocal productivity and adoption of technology & businessprocesses.
- Foresee localized documentation based on globalCustomer Success documentation for local employees. - Driveadoption - Configuration and Customization : - Maintain and enhancethe current productivity levels of APAC employees by providingtimely and effective support.
- Ensure smooth operation and optimaluse of existing digital tools and business applications. - Identifyopportunities to enhance employee productivity through the adoptionof best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Execute productivitycampaigns aimed at boosting employee efficiency and effectiveness.Drive adoption of productivity tools and practices across theregion.
- Measure and report on the impact of productivityinitiatives. - Troubleshooting : - Act as the primary point ofcontact for all APAC employees regarding digital tools andproductivity resources.
- Provide reactive support to address andresolve employee inquiries and challenges promptly. - Training andSupport : - Training of Digital Champions in the APAC region.
- Training of end users in the APAC region. - Implement bestpractices and standards to improve day-to-day work processes andefficiency.
- Digital Community Building : - Develop and maintainstrong relationships with APAC employees, Digital Champions to understand their needs and ensure their success.
- Collaborate with local digital champions to promote best practicesand ensure widespread adoption. - Stay connected with the globalcustomer success team & MPL's Digital Transformation Officer.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics,Information Technology, or a related field. Experience inforwarding is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a customersuccess, support role, productivity management, Digital Champion,or similar role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies used toenhance productivity. - Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborateeffectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven abilityto lead and execute projects, campaigns, and initiatives that driveproductivity improvements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability tomeasure and report on the effectiveness of productivityinitiatives.
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solvingand process improvement. Key Competencies : - Employee Focus : A deepcommitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internalemployees, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

- Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze data andmetrics to measure the impact of productivity initiatives and makeinformed decisions.
