Cambridge College is one of the leading co-educational schools in Peru serving more than 1,200 students from 2-18 years of age.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:To determine areas of extracurricular demand and develop plans to meet these needs.To recruit coaches and service providers to meet the school's demands for extracurricular activities.To vet prospective activity leaders thoroughly, conduct background checks, and ensure their suitability to work with children.To provide an induction program for all new employees, ensuring that they can meet the school´s expectations around child safeguarding and protection and attendance and that they conduct their activities in accordance with the school´s expected pedagogy and communication guidelines.Liaise with the athletics department and academic leaders to ensure that facilities and resources are used in accordance with the school´s priorities.Liaise with the Human Resources and Finance Departments to ensure that the activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.Promote the Cambridge College Academies on appropriate platforms, assemblies and parent sessions.Conduct a review of each activity upon completion to provide feedback to the provider and enhance the program delivery.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Camps and Summer School (for Academics, English, Sports and Arts, taking place over long holidays in January/February, October, and July, for example).SAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
