We are looking for a creative and resourceful individual, to join a fast:paced exciting environment.What you will be doingWork with our designers to create mood boards and concept proposals.Creates the Design Inventory, alongside the Workshop manager, a list of existing furniture to be transformed by the Creative team in SelinaWork closely with the Senior interior designers to support on preparation of all project deliverables.prepare the set of construction documents required for the builders on site.Create the Furniture, Fixture and Lighting (FF and E;) list according to the approved project's look and feel.Coordinate with the purchaser assigned to the project in order to establish a timely purchase of the FF and E; list;Create renders to communicate the design of specific spaces.:Create the Design Package, a presentation that will follow a template and will includethe L and F;, architectural plans, room index, the design and artistic proposal, with detailed and executive specifications;:Works under the schedule and budget of each project;:Works onsite for the duration of the construction phase until handover of the property; oversees that all the art is completed according to the DP,and that furniture layout is achieved as proposed;What you need for the roleDegree in Interior Design or similar;Proven working experience (at least 1 year) in developing interior design projectsExpertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations;Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs:Excellent portfolio of previous works;:Creative talent, imagination, can think outside the box, and eye for art and design;:Excellent communication and presentation skills;:Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, still maintaining an organized and structured presentation;:Must speak English;Available to travel on short notice and live onsite when relevant.No dress codePet:friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
