We came together from various backgrounds with one vision: to bring a lean, user-centric approach to product innovation and software development by completely understanding the business needs before building anything.What we're looking for:As an iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality iOS applications.Your main activities will include providing daily standups to clients, participating in and providing insights in various meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers, performing updates to projects based on client or product team requirements, being an integral part of the Project kickoff meeting, formatting and installing the development environment, creating and updating application modules, testing and fixing bugs, providing assistance to the recruitment team in candidate filtering, creating reusable and plug-and-play chat functionality, proof of concept for socket connection for location updates in Flutter, developing application modules, and integrating application modules.Your expertise in iOS development, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the achievement of project objectives.Responsibilities:Provide clients with daily standups:Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, discuss challenges, and address any questions or concerns.Collaborate with the project team to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are on track.Attend and provide insights in 1 on 1 meetings:Participate in 1 on 1 meetings with managers, clients, Product Owners, and Project Managers to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer insights from a technical perspective.Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals, prioritize tasks, and address any technical issues or considerations.Perform updates to projects according to Clients/Product team/SOW needs:Implement requested updates and changes to iOS projects based on client requirements, input from the Product team, or defined Statement of Work (SOW).Ensure that the software solutions meet the specified functionality, performance, and quality standards.Be an integral part of the Project kickoff meeting:Contribute to project kickoff meetings by providing technical expertise and insights.Collaborate with the team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Format and install environment side and setup plugins in office Mac Machine:Set up and configure the development environment on Mac machines, including necessary tools, software, and plugins.Ensure the smooth functioning of the development environment for iOS projects.Develop and update application modules using Swift or Objective-C.Collaborate with the team to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of the application modules.Conduct thorough testing of iOS applications to identify and document any bugs or issues.Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve the identified bugs, ensuring the stability and reliability of the software.Assist the recruitment team in evaluating and filtering candidates for iOS development roles.Participate in technical interviews or provide insights on technical skills and requirements.Create reusable, plug-and-play chat functionality:Proof of concept for socket connection for location update in Flutter.Create proof of concept for socket connection to enable real-time location updates in Flutter applications.Develop application modules:Develop additional application modules or features as per project requirements.Ensure the modules meet the required standards of functionality, performance, and usability.Integrate application modules:Collaborate with the team to integrate application modules into the overall iOS application.Ensure smooth integration, functionality, and compatibility between different modules.Qualifications:Fluent English levelPrevious working experience as a iOS Developer for 5 years.BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectProficient with Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa TouchExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end servicesKnowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standardsUnderstanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelinesKnowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferredExperience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments and Shark.Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notificationsKnack for benchmarking and optimizationProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVNFamiliarity with continuous integrationWhat you'll love about us...
