Since our first bus, we have aspired to bring society and our customers the highest quality of products and services.Job OverviewWe are looking for a ?IT Digital Transformation for Finance and Controlling? who will be responsible for ongoing support operations and projects. Together with team members andcustomers, you will coordinate and conduct customer workshops, analyze legacy systems and processes, helping in individual initiatives for development and implement the specifications.**Qualifications**:**Responsibilities**:Understand the Japanese accounting business processes and support in system implementation, change process, and daily operationsTake lead in operational support, trouble shooting, incident handling, authorization management, etc.Assist technical and functional staffs with the development of data conversion, interfaces, enhancements and reporting.Coordinate the requirement collection with team members, customers and vendor.**Qualifications**:This position requires minimum five plus years of overall work experience with Business level English and Japanese language skills. Additional experience includes:Strong understanding of Japanese accounting, financial consolidation, purchase, and sales processes and its integration.Strong understanding and working experience of waterfall, Agile/Scrum, hybrid approaches.Experience in software development life cycle.Strong understanding and working experience on SAP FICO/ Retail Finance.Work experience with Japanese and international stakeholder.At least Bachelors' degree is required for this role.
