Join our team**Responsibilities**:- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and resource allocations.- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and external consultants, to ensure effective utilization and allocation of resources.- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks proactively to keep projects on track.- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Abilities:Project Management experience - 5 years +- Large Corporation experience preferably in the telecommunications industry - 5+ years- Computer Science degree or Engineering degree- Excellent verbal and communication skills.- Great negotiation skills- Should have good knowledge on financials- Experience providing status reports to sr. leadership teams- Working hours are flexible. 4-5hrs overlap required with 9AM ET to 5PM PT.What's in it for you?- Educational support: Udemy for Business- "Work-life balance" culture and flexible schedule- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)- Support global projects in a multicultural environment
