Job Description
We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in the clinical space from a technology perspective. This role requires expertise in project management fundamentals, specifically within the clinical and development project sectors.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing project timelines, coordinating tasks among team members, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
2. Track team members' tasks and ensure projects remain on schedule.
3. Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
4. Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Oversee and manage clinical technology-related projects.
6. Communicate with both team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
7. Participate in and contribute to global team efforts.
Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in clinical or healthcare-related fields.
2. Hands-on experience with MS Project for scheduling and project tracking.
3. Strong ability to maintain project documentation, particularly RAID logs.
4. Excellent meeting facilitation skills and ability to drive team progress.
5. Experience working with global teams, particularly on development projects.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Advanced written and spoken English (B2 / C1-C2).
Additional Information
1. Contract Type: Independent Contractor (fee for services / outsourcing model).
2. Contract Duration:
1 year with renewal based on performance.
3. Client Process: 1 interview with Bertoni, CV review by the partner, and 2 interviews with the end client.
4. Equipment / Hardware: The contractor must use their own computer.
5. Work schedule: 5:00 am to 2:00 pm EST USA (with some flexibility). Ideal candidates would be located in a mid-shore region to ensure some overlap with EST USA. At a minimum, candidates must be available until 12:00 pm EST USA.
