With the success of the platform, the Java Sales organization is expanding and currently seeking a Customer Success Manager CSM for the Oracle Java SE Subscription business. The CSM will be responsible for a set of large Enterprise and/or Public Sector accounts in the DACH region.This role is strategically important to the continued success of the Java platform. In this role you will be responsible for delivering on revenue quotas as well as building a strong renewal base through high customer satisfaction. To this end, your focus will be on existing customers' success as well asConfidentialtomer retention. In this role you will showcase your excellent account management skills by not only work closely with the customer but also the internal Oracle Java product development team where youwill act as a conduit between the two. This is achieved by listening to customers concerns as well as their ideas for new product features, functionalities and tools.Essential**Responsibilities**:Maximize renewal revenue and achieve quarterly renewal targetsIdentify, develop and sell expansion of the Java SubscriptionPipeline management and accura** forecast quarterly revenueDrive onboarding so the customer gets the most value out of the Oracle Java SE SubscriptionIdentify "at:risk" renewals early in the cycle and construct an action plan to retain the clientBe a liaison and customer voice by selling collective customer ideas, features, functionalities, tools, issues, pain points to the Java Product Development teamEssential Knowledge, Skills, ilities, and BackgroundSales experience of a software product, subscription, support renewals or SaaSTrack record of high performance in a quota:carrying roleility to excel in a high:energy, quarterly:results driven sales culture7+ Years sales experience or account management for large enterprise clients or public sectorProven expertise working with the executive level in client environments, as well as with procurement, business owners, legal and other client stakeholdersility to effectively negotiate in both challenging and collaborative sales engagementsExperience developing and delivering compelling presentations and/or sales approaches for both end customers as well as internal stake holders.Bachelor's degree in Business or technology related disciplineSome travel 25+ may be requiredRequired languages:English, GermanDetailed Description and Job RequirementsDrive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/ren
