Jpa:87 Operational Transfer Pricing Manager

Quarterly Calculation of intercompany Invoice Prices (IIPs);Loading of New IIPs for a country (Daily calculation) initiated by the local requester in the Sales Organization via the Winshuttle request tool, and our Transfer Pricing Tool;Centrally loading of IIPs for selling affiliate and buying affiliate;Handling of any corrections / ad hoc calculations / reload etc.;Preparation of adjustments through Fiscal notes twice a year in November (current year) and February (following year);Act on input of new products input which is provided by Product Management;Ad hoc support in new projects/product flows, i.e. discussion and preparing change requests for IT;Ad hoc support in saving initiatives;Support in tax and customs audits, i.e. provide audit trail/evidence;Support in annual close offs;In a joint effort with Group Tax and local taxconsultantsthe Operational Transfer Pricing Manager will liaise and maintain good relationship with tax authoritiesOur requirements:Financial Ability to analyze results per ORU (in detail) and discuss/challenge with ControllerAbility to explain the importance of Transfer PricingIIPs are calculated based on financial knowledge and deep understanding of what is behind the figuresTechnical Excel knowledge (not only basic)SAP knowledgeAFO (Analysis for Office) BW knowledgeAbility to work with big data setsCommunication skills (with Group Tax / Controllers / IT / Management etc)Management skills (leading a small team in Pabianice:with a dotted line)Reliable, honest (key)Understanding what the business needs/wantsDecision makerFluent English (verbal and written)We offer:Excellent opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, multicultural environment;Private medical careWide benefits range from Social Benefits Fund.
