Lead Full Stack Engineer (Front End Focus)

We're looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development to drive our digital projects forward.

The Role

What You'll Do :

- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Independently tackle full-stack development tasks, from front-end features to back-end server logic and database management.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, adding new features and improving functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that aligns with industry best practices.

- Manage database applications using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Utilize tools like Jira and Trello to manage projects and maintain documentation independently.
- Stay on top of the latest web technology advancements to continually improve your skills and the quality of our software.

Ideal Profile

What We're Looking For :

- 10+ years of web development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js and familiarity with Noodl.
- In-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of leading full-stack projects.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
- Proven ability to build and manage standalone projects without team reliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage all aspects of web development, from concept to deployment.
