Learning and Talent Development Partner:( GBS0000IG ) Your Impact:The Learning and Talent Development Partner is responsible for represent the L and TD function regionally, deliver local learning initiatives, manage and facilitate global learning programs as required. This role involves an extensive international exposure and support to our global Jacobs teams. Your contributions will impact the career advancement and development opportunities of Jacobs employeesKey responsibilities of L and TD Partner:Consult with, coach and/or advise regional business and HR on learning and development best practiceCreate Talent Development Plan for the region that aligns with Talent StrategyLink employee and leader development to business goalsPartner with Delivery for calendaring training programs, Program Management for content adjustment, Design for new program discoveryPartner with HR to identifytalent development needsMake intentional recommendations back to L and TM based on business strategy and goalsOwn, maintain and update existing program collateral including coordination instructions, communication templates, manager engagement, leadership engagement (briefings, etc) to enable regional deliveryCollaborate/partner with design team to pilot new L and TD:owned programs and provide train the trainerInitiate and lead the annual review of assigned programsMake key decisions regarding scheduling programs, facilitators and other resources in collaboration with Delivery and others managing global learning programsAdvocate for a consistent employee/leader experience, provide advice and decide on regional modifications that maintain the integrity of our programsDeliver training programs in line with program requirements face:to:face and virtuallyEnsure facilitation commitments are upheld, provide a substitutefacilitator ifthe need arisesEstablish credibility as a facilitator and serve as a role:model for effective facilitationEncourage active participation, build learner motivation and deliver constructive feedback.Heres What Youll Need:Program management experience in HR and/or L and DFacilitation experience and ability to establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring resultsExtensive experience in working cooperatively with others across the organisation to achieve shared objectivesAbility to communicate effectively in a variety of communication settings:one:on:one, small and large groups, among diverse styles and position levelsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentExperience with Learning management systems and MS OfficePrevious experience in a consulting or Importante empresa firm would be an asset.We offer:International working environment and unique company culture with emphasis on individual career growth and work:life balanceFriendly atmosphere and professional collaboration founded on diversity and inclusion in the workplace (e.g. employees organizations initiatives like Womens Networks, Green Team, Toastmasters, sport activities)Full time employment contract with salary corresponding to qualificationsBenefits package (e.g. private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card)Personal development opportunities, including but not limited to, a range of professional trainings and certificationsFlexible working hours and ability to work remotely based on business requirements.Primary Location:Poland:Poland Countrywide:Krakow:PL Krakow:Konopnickiej2019 Jacobs Importante empresa Group All rights reserved.1999 Bryan Street, Suite 1200, Dallas, Texas 75201, USA +1.214.638.0145 Contact us
