Stripe is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced eBilling Analyst to join our Legal Operations team to support bill review, outside counsel management, and other vendor management matters. You will be a member of a growing, world:class Legal Operations team designing the operational infrastructure and optimizing processes for a dynamic legal function. You will be an integral part of developing scalable modern legal industry solutions needed to maximize the legal teams ability to deliver their services and perform like a business.You will:Drive the law firm onboarding process from engagement letter review through system set:upAdminister the law firm billing lifecycle from opening and closing matters, reviewing invoices for compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for all law firm billing inquiriesMaintain e:billing system system set:up and data integrityPerform law firm rate management responsibilities such as timekeeper reviews and approvalsPartner with Accounts Payable team to address invoice reconciliation requestsExecute routine and ad hoc analysis and reporting requirementsWere looking for someone who has/is:3:5 years working in a legal organization or law firm billing related role, with strong familiarity engaging globalvendorsand/or third partiesExperience with electronic billing systems, matter management, and database administrationClear communication (written and oral) and ability to express ideas effectively in individual and group situationsCommand of Microsoft Office and GSuite productsGeneral knowledge of legal team operations, legal workflow, and attorney responsibilitiesAn exceptionally hard worker, capable of getting things doneA team player who is willing to pitch in where needed in a fast:paced, growing company; decisive and having excellent judgment, and capable of making smart decisions in the face of ambiguity and imperfect informationResults and goal focused while being very organized and detail orientedAdept at managing and getting results without authority while maintaining strict discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism with all levels of personnelPassionate about Stripes mission of helping businesses grow and thriveNice to haves:Finance operations exposure and experience, including accounts payable principles and the accruals processFamiliarity with or experience in procurementUnderstanding of common alternative fee arrangements (e.g. fixed fees, fee caps, volume discounts)SummaryCompany name:StripeRemote job title:Legal Operations eBilling AnalystJob tags:Legal Operations, Payment Systems, DBA
