As an LMHC, you'll help clients achieve progress while feeling supported every step of the way.
SALARY: $90,000 - $115,000 per year and full benefits Your Role: - Facilitate therapy sessions that foster emotional healing and personal growth - Work alongside a team of doctors, nurses, and other mental health experts to create holistic treatment plans - Follow up with psychiatrists for clients admitted to the hospital to ensure they receive the best care possible - Provide emotional support and practical strategies for families and caregivers navigating mental health challenges Qualifications: - Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
- Must hold a valid LMHC license in the state.
- Must have experience working with older adults.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
