Euronet, the Global Leader in Electronic Financial Transactions is expanding in the LATAM region.
The primary goals will be to accelerate the introduction of our Independent ATM business in the region by providing complete technical support, infrastructure required and vendor management in compliance with local and global standards in financial services industry.
We seek to employ an accomplished and ambitious Local Operations Manager – ATM network – Peru with the proven capacity to build business from scratch and lead expansion nationwide, with experience that combines strategic insights and hands-on mentality.
Key responsibilities
- Cooperation with country manager and site selectors
- Cooperation with operations team providing centralized operations services.
- Management of local operations resources.
- Development of ATM network establishment strategies in alignment with business goals
- Guarantee highest possible availability of ATM network, working towards uptime improvement, failure avoidance, revenue increase, OPEX control and cost optimization.
- Responsibility for timely execution of installation pipeline managing local vendors and supplier chain engaged into IMAC process.
- Management of relationship with local customers, authorities, vendors, and service providers.
- Organization of trainings, audits and monthly performance meetings and SLA control.
- Invoice control and management.
- Maintenance of data related to ATM sites, warehouse, and inventory in the company's back-office systems.
- Management of operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with local authorities.
- Cooperation with police and insurance adjusters in case of attacks on ATMs.
Requirements
- University degree with Engineering or Information Technology orientation
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions, in such sectors as banking, financial services, telecommunications or retail
- Prior experience in project coordination, and additional experience in ATM systems and ATM software will be considered as an advantage
- Proven track record in planning and operational projects with different platforms and systems
- Track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties
- Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently
- Valid category B driving license
- Fluent English, native Spanish
