Manager Accounting

Purpose: Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial/tax processing, reporting, supervising staff; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual and Sunat. Key Responsibilities: Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions Maintains financial/tax security by adhering to internal controls Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information Has full responsibility for supervise accounts payable with accounting hub. Plan and manage accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company Assist internal, external and Sunat auditors Oversee and maintain the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications Supervise creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices Requisite Education and Experience: 5 -8 years of work experience 2 years leading high performance teams Advanced english Advanced excel level (Power BI) Preferable SAP experience
