Manager - Business Planning & Control, North AsiaJob responsibilitiesNorth Asia Budget and ForecastsKey member in leading Zone Budget/Forecasts processTake responsibility for specific areas of the financial budget construction, mainly:Supply chain & logistics costs, freight & dutiesProduct sell-through analysis, Inventory DepreciationCapex and fixed asset amortizationIT spendDrive reactivity and support management teams' decision-making via detailed analysis to achieve zone strategic and business objectivesIdentify synergies and potential areas for cost rationalizationManagement Reporting, Expense Review and ControllingKey lead in Capex plans, investment financial modeling, actual Capex reporting and in-depth capex cost analysisInventory management and analytical review on inventory depreciationAnalyze and explain actual results vs budget /forecast on responsible areasLuxury market analysis, key competitor market share reportingLead in business driving actions, work closely with relevant stakeholders on business initiatives, provide insightful analysis and action plansCollaborate with Financial Control teams to ensure accurate, analytical, and timely submission of monthly financial statements to Central FinanceDevelop standard reporting models to enhance efficiencyAd hoc tasks as assignedProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related discipline, qualified accountant a plusWork experience in Retail/FMCG with regional capacity preferred, luxury and Big 4 audit work experience a plusSolid financial planning & analysis knowledge and high business intelligence in the commercial contextStrong Excel and PPT skills, with Power BI/SAP knowledge a plusOrganized, good time-management, independent thinker able to work in a fast-paced environmentA team player keen to work towards team success and excellence
