We are looking for a freelance Marketing Agent Jr. Our ideal candidate will have a high customer orientation, strong communication skills, persuasive ability, results orientation and strong problem solving skills.
This position will be responsible for expanding the client base and fostering loyalty through excellent service, exceeding client expectations and establishing negotiating relationships with various live streaming agencies.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Sales.
- Relevant working experience or network with live streaming platforms.
- Fluent English (Mandatory).
- Passion for social networks.
- Displaying a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes.
- Profiency in communication.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new hosts via digital channels and platforms.
- Grasp and understand the latest industry trends, establish a feedback channel between agencies and the platform.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with different agencies.
- Be responsible for the training and management of the agencies.
- Onboard agencies and organizations to provide talents for the live-streaming section.
- Allocate the corresponding operation support and motivate the agencies to provide more and better live streamers and build a variety of content categories.
- Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management, provide reasonable reference and suggestions.
- Keeping agencies informed about updates and offers.
