Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting and implementing the marketing strategy and positively promoting the Betano brand in Peru. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and be passionate about the "art" of marketing. They will also be proactive in bringing ideas and efficient strategies to the marketing team and when engaging with all departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Execute the planning, briefing, delivering, and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns;
- Maintain Betano's brand presence across different media channels;
- Actively innovate and generate new ways to further brand awareness;
- Interact daily with media partners, media agencies, and creative agencies to ensure execution of campaigns (e.g. collection and distribution of creative material);
- Collaborate closely and align with other internal departments like CRM, product teams, and trading to identify new opportunities for enhancing player value and promoting new offers and features that would be relevant to the target audience;
- Plan and conduct market and competitor analysis;
What You'll Bring
- 3 years minimum in a marketing support role in a company, or media planning or project management in an advertising agency;
- BA in marketing or relevant field;
- Experience with media planning and reporting in ATL and BTL channels: TV, Digital (including Social Media and Performance marketing), Radio, OOH & Event Advertising;
- Experience composing inspiring and innovative creative and media briefs;
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in Bulgarian and English;
- Proficiency in Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Canva;
- Strong organization skills, maintaining a view of the overall projects while meeting critical milestones;
- Innovation and creativity in problem-solving;
- Exhibit self-awareness, authenticity and a results-driven mindset, demonstrating an ability to work towards short-,
medium- and long-term goals, balancing and committing to multiple agendas and tasks.
