If so. the Sr. Manager Global Foods Breakthrough Innovation China HUB role could be the right next step for you and your career.:The Breakthrough Innovation team is a relatively new endeavor for PepsiCo as we prioritize acceleration of Growth in white spaces PepsiCo does not play in today. The new structure utilizes a series of HUBs that sit in the create market (China in this case) to enable speed and tight BU alignment. As the Associate Manager of Breakthrough Innovation for the China HUB on the Global Foods Group you will play a supporting role to the Senior Manager in setting the breakthrough innovation strategy for China. You will play a critical role in executing transactional testing opportunities for new breakthrough innovation items to gain critical learnings as we define the scalable solution for the organization in China and beyond. This role will partner closely with the XF China team to set up the right scalable solution and help commercialize for the market ensuring that the breakthrough innovation item is successfully launched.Accountabilities:Partner with BTI Sr. Manager to identify innovation opportunities and work closely with cross functional team members to develop, test and launch new solutions1. Partner with BTI Sr. Manager on H1 Solutions Brief.2. Work closely with XF Hub partners to build, develop, test and launch new solutions.3. Manage the projects on a day:to:day basis acting as prime mover.:Partner with XFHub team to generate 3 lens evidence and insights to formulate solution and develop transactional testing and launch strategy recommendation1. Partner with BTI XF Team to iterate and execute the H1 learning agenda against all 3 lenses:Develop and implement 360 consumer engagement and data:driven marketing programs for all transactional testing of solutions that involve either new or existing brands1. Partner with brand management and innovation team when existing brand to ensure alignment and approvals of create content, engagement and programs.2. When new brand, own the development of these ensuring that any regional marketing innovation resources that need to be aligned to content are aligned.:Develop and implement 360 consumer engagement and data:driven marketing programs for launch of solutions when new brands1. Partner with XF team (particularly design) to build brand strategy, design, tone and equity2. Drive both consumer loyalty and sales effectively through 360 marketing for new brand:Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver the best content, insights, etc. efficiently and effectively:Work closely with sales team to ensure successful landing of new branded and existing brand products into the market1. When new brand own sales commercialization in partnership with region sales teams.2. When existing brand partner with region brand team on sales commercialization:Act as data analysis expert for North Star team1. Perform data analysis for North Star team to help set up opportunity, size solutions, deep dive into competitive set, etc.2. Perform ad hoc data pulls and analysis as necessary to uncover key insights necessary for North Star projects.3. Pull key data as necessary for transactional testing, performing analysis to determine KPIs.:Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit ratingQualifications/RequirementsRequirements:Experience in digital:first innovation with immersive ex
