Job Description We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager with a strategic vision and a hands-on approach to elevate our client's online presence and drive meaningful engagement. Your mission will be to improve their website's influence, enhance content production and distribution, and establish their presence among target accounts and partners.
Key Responsibilities Website Optimization: Enhance our website's functionality and content to stay ahead of the curve and increase qualified inbound lead flow to a target of 5 per quarter by the end of 2024.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a robust content production and distribution process that boosts traffic growth and converts from target accounts and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Relationship Building: Foster relationships with potential customers and partners through consistent and strategic outreach efforts.
Social Proof Development: Craft processes for and execute the creation of social proof elements, such as testimonials and case studies, to bolster sales assets and website credibility.
Leadership: Lead contractors and specialists to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are executed to the highest standard.
Hands-On Execution: Be prepared to dive into project work when necessary, demonstrating initiative and a can-do attitude.
Project Management: Define and execute projects within our structured project management framework, utilizing tools like ClickUp for organization and tracking.
Qualifications Deep understanding of our brand, value proposition, and customer needs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to successful project completion.
Strong project management skills, with a history of defining and executing marketing and growth-related projects.
Proficiency in utilizing project management software, with a preference for ClickUp experience.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop sales assets and conduct social listening across various platforms and communities.
Project Examples Oversee the phased rollout of our new company website.
Manage the content calendar and spearhead content distribution campaigns.
Lead website updates and playbook library projects for Reform.app .
Build our company's profile on partner and review sites.
Engage in social listening within Slack groups, Reddit communities, etc., to gather insights and drive engagement.
Create compelling sales materials, including presentations and related documents.
Implement a systematic approach for gathering and showcasing case studies and testimonials.
