Summary of the position:Supervise and oversee COO Office teams in ISAP.
Main activities of his teams are:IT Operational Controls (for IT Permanent Controls)Budget Management and FinanceOperational Support and Services including premisesSecurity, SLA and Importante empresaSourcing Global CoordinationSourcing Management (mainly for external contract hiring/renewal) and global strategyProcurementCommunication (internal and external)Contribute to and supervise the production of all strategic documents.
Be part of the management committee of ISAP, co-work with all members.
Contribute to the transformation plan of ISAP and IOS (design and roll out).Main Duties Details:Supervise and oversee COO Office teams and activities in ISAP:Ensure all the activities under the teams' responsibilities are performed on schedule, within quality standards and cost effectively.Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his internal customers and put efforts to improve it.Talent management for his teams.Ensure all the staff of his teams observe and respect Credit Agricole CIB code of conduct.Ensure all the rules, guidelines and processes are properly documented and updated.Manage changes, whenever/wherever applicable.Continuously put efforts for study and realization of continuous improvement, efficiency and innovation.Manage high level of issues between his teams and other parties.Coordination with Paris Office teams (RMC, TIM, COO).Coordination with other teams in ISAP and in SB Branch.Coordination with other teams in GIT Asia.Coordination with any other teams: External vendors, when needed.Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.Secondary Duties:Other duties may be assigned such as smart project for premises, review of the sourcing strategy, including junior strategy, external branding communication, retention program, onboarding, employee experience, data IS and crunch, service mindset enhancement, efficiency program, communication with SG and APAC entities.
