Head of Environmental Systems and Societies & Teacher of Biology Start: August 2025

Markham College is looking for an inspiring Secondary School Head of Environmental Systems and Societies & Teacher of Biology with experience at the IGCSE and IB Level. You must have a relevant degree and (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification. Early application is encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching both Biology and Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS), and will act as a teacher for both subjects while leading the ESS department. This department exists in the intersection between Biology and Geography and is a small department that liaises with the aforementioned ones.
Spanish language ability is desirable but not essential.
