This is a P&L accountable role covering the end-to-end Product lifecycle from Ideation, business justification, product development, marketing strategy, customer experience, financial analysis, strategy, reporting, etc.
(Product Management, Product Development, and Product Marketing)Grow the IoT revenue and base, achieve AOP targets and LRP vision to deliver on business objectives.
Deliver on revenue and performance targets as per approved business cases.
Ensure that great product experience is delivered to Maxis customers for the IoT products and services offered (Product Performance and Product Experience Management)Provide business and technical requirements for the various relevant IoT platforms working with the internal Technology teams and also the third-party ecosystem of partners and providers.
Provides requirements that ensure that the platforms provide the optimal service levels while at the same time focusing on providing the best customer experience.
(Product Development)Collaboratively work with the sales segments effectively to ensure the sales targets are delivered.
Provide pre-sales support in the initial stages with the intent to handover and enable this capability to the channels, as applicable from time to time.
(Business Management)Lead Go-To-Market including developing the core positioning and messaging for the products and features, pricing, working with marketing to develop sales tools and collateral, briefing and training the sales force, and engage closely to demonstrate product capabilities and coordinating and manage Beta programs with early-stage products and samples.
(Product Development/Product Marketing)Job RequirementFormal Education: Bachelor's Degree Specialized in product development, business management, marketing or related fields.Work Experience: Total Work Experience: 11 to 15 years; Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years in wireless/mobile telecommunications.
Experience in IoT Solutions would be a major advantage.Skills / Knowledge:Strong domain knowledge of IoT, M2M, Telematics.
Industry knowledge of insurance, automotive, financial services would be an added advantage.Experience managing products through the entire life cycle especially product management, product marketing, and base management.Strong leadership abilities to lead and manage a high performing team.Experience designing new products and managing innovation and capability framework through the entire life cycle.Good communication and relationship/partner management skills.Good Business Development/Management knowledge and skills.Strong product development and management skills.Business solution knowledge and skills.Good in strategic thinking.Strong and agile project management skillset and mindset, able to manage teams and projects under tight time pressure.Advanced office tools (Excel, Word, PPT) knowledge.What's next?
