Mindray | Senior Technical Support Engineer-Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide technical support to the internal team, assist with major problems, and support new products for large projects while gathering customer requirement feedback.
Technical Training: Train internal engineers and support channel training at HQ.
Arrange regular technical seminars based on channel engineer abilities.
Team Development: Enhance the technical skills of internal engineers according to existing technical modes and the current status, supervise the completion of technical indicators, mentor new employees, and review the technical training plans of channel suppliers.
Platform Construction: Localize technical support materials and assist in building a regional technical support platform (training center, call center, etc.)
while supporting research against local competitors.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in electronics or biomedical engineering.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience as a service engineer; IT background preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong teaching and communication skills; good information collection and analysis abilities; comfortable with frequent travel; adaptable to a cross-cultural environment.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Familiarity with computers and office software.
