About The Opportunity
As a Mining Solutions Manager, Mining, based in Peru, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth for Micromine Advance in the Americas region.
Leveraging your extensive underground scheduling and planning experience, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions.
Reporting to the General Manager, Americas, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting (cold calling), qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mining industry for Micromine Advance.
About You
You will have a proven background in mining engineering, including underground mine planning and scheduling.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications include:
- Experience with mining software.
- Experience with sales/business development, including driving new business would be desirable.
- Experience with giving presentations or public speaking.
- Possess a Mining Engineering or related post-secondary degree.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Great customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
